California's Water: A Vanishing Resource
Is there such a thing as too much of a good thing? An article in the September 13, 2009 edition of the San Diego Union-Tribune seems to suggest so. Due to the drought, the economic downturn and conservation efforts, consumption of water has plummeted for more than expected.
