Potential Best Management Practices (PBMP) Report
Within the Memorandum of Understanding, the Council lists certain practices, measures, equipment, and fixtures as representing the potential to become full Best Management Practices (BMPs). The current list of PBMPs is over 10 years old and may be supplemented with additional candidates. The Council is currently engaged in a process of study and evaluation of new candidates for the PBMP list.
The YEAR ONE report from this study process addresses four of those candidates:
1) Residential and small commercial weather-based irrigation controllers
2) Pre-rinse spray valves for the food service industry
3) Steam sterilizer retrofits
4) X-ray film processor recycling units
