Here's how to join the Council:
1) Complete the forms in the membership packet. Be sure to list the BMP Reporting contact on the Signatory Information page. If you have any questions, please email Melinda Rogers at melinda@cuwcc.org.
2) Once the forms are completed, fax to 916-552-5877 or mail to:

The Membership Committee reviews all applicants on a quarterly basis, before each Plenary Meeting. Plenary Meetings are held in March, June, September, and December. If your application is approved by the Membership Committee, you will be formally invited to the next Plenary Meeting as a provisional member. Once your application is approved at the Plenary Meeting, you will become a full member, be invoiced for the annual dues, and will receive a formal acceptance letter along with passwords to the Member Area of our website.
